Terms of Service

Last updated: September 14, 2026 · Version 2026-09-14

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Aioravid Studio when you create an account, purchase credits or a plan, or use Aioravid Studio. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Aioravid for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Account security

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, safeguarding login credentials, and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may require identity, payment, or ownership verification before sensitive account actions.

3. Your content and permissions

You keep the rights you have in prompts, scripts, images, audio, video and other material you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, transcode and process that material only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the requested service, including sending required content to configured AI, storage and media-processing providers. You confirm that you have all permissions needed for material you upload or instruct us to process.

4. AI-generated output

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, non-unique or similar to material generated for others. We do not guarantee factual accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, originality, copyrightability, non-infringement, platform acceptance, commercial performance or uninterrupted provider availability. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing, distributing, relying on, or commercially using it.

5. Intellectual property

The service, software, interface, branding, documentation and underlying technology are owned by the operator or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and applicable provider terms, you may use generated output to the extent you have lawful rights to do so. No ownership of the Aioravid service itself is transferred to you.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the service to violate law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights; impersonate or deceptively misrepresent a real person; distribute malware; exploit minors; facilitate fraud or unauthorized surveillance; evade safety, billing, rate-limit or access controls; probe or access another user's account, project or media; overload the service; reverse engineer protected service components except where law expressly permits it; or submit content you are not authorized to process.

7. Credits and usage

AI generation consumes Aioravid credits according to the model, duration and feature shown before generation. Server-side records are authoritative for balance, reservations, deductions and eligible refunds. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable unless we expressly allow it, and may expire or be limited as disclosed with the applicable plan or promotion. A provider failure may result in a credit refund when the verified generation ledger shows that the paid generation did not complete.

8. Plans, renewals, top-ups and taxes

Paid plans or top-ups are activated only after a verified payment event from the configured payment provider. Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically at the disclosed billing interval until cancelled. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not erase already-consumed credits or usage. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees for completed billing periods, consumed credits and successfully delivered digital generation are non-refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties and payment-provider charges.

9. Third-party services

Aioravid may depend on third-party AI, authentication, hosting, storage, payment and media providers. Their outages, model changes, content restrictions, pricing, rate limits and terms can affect the service. Where a third party processes your content to perform a feature you requested, its applicable terms and privacy practices may also apply.

10. Availability, changes and beta features

We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features, models, limits or pricing. Experimental or beta features may change without notice and may be less reliable. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability. Keep independent copies of important final exports.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, service integrity, payment security, provider relationships or legal compliance, including for suspected abuse, fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized access or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time; cancellation does not automatically create a refund right.

12. Copyright and rights complaints

If you believe content processed through Aioravid violates your rights, contact the support address shown below with enough detail to identify the material, the right you claim, and how we can contact you. We may remove or restrict material while reviewing a credible complaint.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the operator nor its affiliates, personnel or suppliers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity arising from the service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

15. Indemnity

If you use the service for business purposes, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to defend and indemnify the operator against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, your infringement of another party's rights, your misuse of the service, or your material breach of these Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operator is established. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in that place will have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved informally. Before filing a claim, both sides should make a reasonable good-faith attempt to resolve the issue through support.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for product, provider, security, legal or operational reasons. The “Last updated” date and version identify the current terms. If a change materially affects existing users, we should provide reasonable notice where required by law. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance where legally permitted.

18. Contact

Questions about these Terms should be sent through the Support page. A monitored legal/support address must be configured before public launch.
